This agreement is a legal contract between you and ONsuVPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation, access, and use of the App and related network services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, rent, resell, or create derivative works from the App without authorization. Intellectual property in the App, trademarks, interface, documentation, and service content belongs to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or prices and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security, account credentials, and risks caused by jailbreaking, rooting, malware, or unsafe networks.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics, Firebase crash reporting, and app store distribution services. While using the Service, you may also be bound by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

Service availability depends on stable network conditions, device status, and third-party infrastructure. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device service, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, system settings, or third-party platform changes. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges outside your home country are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own conduct and must comply with applicable laws and target platform rules. We maintain routing information, client compatibility, and security updates, but some network data may come from third-party partners and can change. The App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install necessary versions for security fixes and feature improvements. The Service Provider may suspend, restrict, or terminate services within a reasonable scope.

Digital Service Non-Refund Policy
