Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ONsuVPN (referred to as “this Service,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our mobile or desktop applications. The Service is provided as is, and we process data only within the scope needed to operate and improve privacy and security safeguards.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, app version, access path, connection state, and session duration. This information is used to provide node recommendations, connection diagnostics, regional matching, anonymized quality analysis, service stability improvements, and necessary account or security notifications. We do not use sensitive information for purposes unrelated to the Service.

We may share aggregated or anonymized data with necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase crash analytics, for app distribution, issue diagnosis, and feature improvement. Except when required by legal process, regulatory obligations, user safety, fraud investigation, or entrusted service providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device system.

User-provided data is retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel an account, delete personal data, or submit a privacy request, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and security review practices to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may change due to regulatory requirements, product updates, or security practices. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. For questions about privacy handling, contact the ONsuVPN team at [email protected].
